Leader Among Massage Therapy Schools in Georgia: Atlanta School of Massage

Day or Weekend Massage Therapy Program

We offer a 750 clock-hour day or weekend certification program »

Our 750 clock hour program is presented in the 5 courses of study and 4 clinic rotations outlined below. Each course is either 6 weeks (day program) or 12 weeks (weekend program) in length. Holidays are not included in the total number of instructional weeks. The introduction to massage course is a prerequisite to the remaining 4 courses. The school reserves the right to schedule the remaining courses in any order. The program is divided into 618 clock hours of classroom instruction and 132 clock hours of clinic instruction. A clock hour is defined as 50 minutes of instructional time. Students can expect to spend approximately 5 hours each week on homework assignments. The full time program typically takes 8 months to complete (average 24 hours per week). The part-time program typically takes 14 months to complete (average 15 hours per week).

Graduates of our massage program receive certifications in five key areas, all carefully selected to respond to market demands. Detailed information on these five certifications is provided below.
